Purpose
Will help establish an entry level for a standardized protocol in running and field events for track events following USATF, GHSA, and NCAA rules. It will give new and experienced officials foundational knowledge, protocol information, to help reinforce the rules and how to execute the correct application of those rules, as well establish a standard in event techniques.
